Workflow Management
It is not just a workforce management tool. The Workflow Management module within SIMPPLE Software draws information from the human workforce, robotic fleet and other existing facility assets and automates the process flow for an end-to-end deployment.
The feedback module within SIMPPLE Software serves as a public feedback channel, equipped with the ability to delegate tasks automatically to the nearest human workforce. The feedback channel can also come in the form of a QR code, which concurrently acts as an attendance logging feature for the cleaning workforce.
